Geoff started his career as a musician, playing guitar with Geffen recording artist, the Nymphs. After leaving the band, he produced and engineered for acts such as Fu Manchu, Dramarama and The Zeros at The Sandbox Studio in Los Angeles. In '95, he moved over to A&R and has worked in that capacity for Columbia, Giant, eMusic, and Curb Records. While at eMusic, he also worked on building an online soundtrack division. Geoff spent two years with SoundTrackSite working with labels, artists and supervisors. In the summer of 2003, he started Fundamental Music and has been running the company ever since.

Jon comes from a music publishing background. He spent 20 years at The Bicycle Music Company where he eventually became co-president/partner. At Bicycle, his responsibilities included signing writers, catalog acquisition and catalog exploitation. Jon was also the creative consultant/music publishing advisor for the Diamond Music Companies/Neil Diamond. After Bicycle, Jon started Waterslide Music. At Waterslide, he's signed Fever The Ghost and singer-songwriter Dylan LeBlanc, among others. Jon is a past president of the California Copyright Conference and remains very involved with the organization.

Atlanta native John Wayn has been a part of the city’s rich music scene his entire professional life. He got his career start in radio and has worked in marketing, programming and research for CBS Radio and Infinity Broadcasting. After leaving radio, John consulted for several independent record labels, helping to market and promote artists, shows and tours. He currently consults artists and manages radio personalities including: Mz Shyneka, Partyboi Duece and Shamea Morton. He also runs a media and music marketing ad agency, A John Wayn Production. In 2019, he joined Fundamental Music doing A&R with a focus on hip hop and R&B.
