Fundamental Music began in 2003 as a company dedicated to making great music available for all types of licensing, at all price points.
Our goal when we started the company was to build a catalog entirely of independent music from artists, producers and composers. All of our tracks are one-stop licensing. We have thousands of songs from numerous genres.
In 2007, we opened our own studio, Micro Lab, to do custom work, production and scoring.
(See the below photos, that's our studio!)
In 2009, we landed a number of commercial spots with original music. Paul Mitchell, Zappos, Sears, Irish Spring, Skechers and others (Samples of these are on the Placements page).
In June of 2013, we will have been in business for 10 great years. Although we have expanded what we originally set out to do, the spirit is still the same: great music.
